‘The best that I can be’
Year 6 SATs take place next week. Please ensure that your child is in school every day, that they have had a good night’s sleep and that they have had a good breakfast. Thank you for your support with this.
If you have not already signed up to class Dojo, please do so. Teachers are increasingly using Dojo to communicate messages, so please check daily if possible.
A Message From the Church.
There will be a wedding at St John’s next Wednesday 10th May afternoon. Please could you seek parking elsewhere in the village as it will be very busy around the church at 3pm-ish. Thank you.
Congratulations to these children who received commendations this week: Harry Newman and Mikey Snow, for showing compassion to others at rounders club; Ava Shorter, for writing an invitation independently; George Viney, for finding the inverse and explaining how to do it; Katie Percival, for a well written letter about Mr. Toad, concentrating on spelling; Jaeden Aberdeen, for scoring the most Dojo points in his class; Paul Olusegun, for making an amazing effort with his handwriting and Zachary Teshola, for excellent contributions to discussions in RE lessons.
