Quad Kids
Once again our children, this time Year 3 and 4, did a great job of representing our school in the Quad Kids event. Thank you to Tom Marshall, Rhys Hayes, Oscar Knight, Jaeden Aberdeen, Katie Snow, Yoana Kitanova, Gracie Bartram, Sinade, Caleb Chen, JJ Jan, George Viney, Jack Wallis,
Fae Dignum, Poppy Whitcombe, Madeeha Begum and Guste Zemaityte for being such great ambassadors for Dame Tipping.
Debating Final
Our debating team, consisting of Emily Harris, Zachary Teshola and Aaron Hick will be taking part in the London finals on 1st July at the Barbican. We wish them every success and look forward to hearing about their experience.

An Evening of Song with Dame Tipping Gospel Choir (and friends!)
Please remember to buy your tickets for this event. It promises to be a lovely evening and the children are already sounding fantastic.
Baseball Caps
Please send your child in with a named school baseball cap every day, as the weather is unpredictable at the moment and the sun sometimes appears unexpectedly! We still have a few caps in the office which can be purchased for £5.50.
Come in for a Cuppa
Please drop in to St James’ Church in Chase Cross Road for a cup of tea and a chat with members of the church on the first Thursday of every month from 10.15am to 12 noon.

Reception/Year 1- David Roberts, for sharing his fantastic acting skills.
Class 2- Harry Goodman and Ella Murch, for helping others to use the green screen
Class 3/4- Jayden Aberdeen, for an excellent still life drawing.
Class 5/6- Wow – Kai Boorman, for a beautifully written and humorous story in the style of David Walliams
Commendations
Reception/Year 1- Lily Nicholls, for being kind and compassionate.
Class 2- Kayan Pokar, for being a credit to our school.
Class 3/4- George Viney, for showing maturity.
Class 5/6- Tommy Randall – kindness to his friends, encouraging others to do the right thing and a generally positive attitude
Achievements
Congratulations to Harlee Hammond-Johnson for swimming 25 metres, to Kai Boorman for winning an award at goalkeeper academy and to Sapphire Hagon for her amazing flute playing.

Wednesday 17th July -Year 5 and 6 Leavers’ Play ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ venue tbc

Friday 19th July 2019- Tipping’s Got Talent and Singathon
Monday 22nd July- Leavers’ service at the church at 10.30a.m, followed by a family picnic for all children and families back at school. This will finish at 1pm.
