‘The best that I can be’
Year 2 Visit to the Museum of London

Year 2 had a fantastic day at the Museum of London on Wednesday. They found out about the Great Fire of London for their topic and had a really enjoyable day. They were a credit to our school. Thank you to all of the parent helpers for making it possible.

Termly Learning Conferences
Thank you for attending your children’s TLCs with them this week. Your support of your children’s learning is so important; it is also great to hear the children talking about the progress they have made. It was lovely to hear from the teachers how positive parents were about their children’s learning and their positive experience of Dame Tipping.

Remembrance Service
Reverend David would like to invite you to the Remembrance service at St. John’s church on Sunday 11th November from 10am. We are hoping that some of our children will be able to take part in the service. Please put the date in your diary. More details to follow.

Art project
We are planning to make a poppy arrangement for the forthcoming centenary remembrance day and will be collecting plastic fizzy drinks bottles. We would greatly appreciate it if you would send in the bottom 6-7cm of clean, rinsed bottles so that each child is able to paint and decorate one to add to the display. Please send into school with your child by Tuesday next week. Many thanks.
